“Haych really helped us out. We turned up last minute with no booking and he sorted us a room straight away, no hassle at all. Proper friendly guy, easy to talk to, and just made the whole thing simple when it could’ve been stressful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area”

“The Birmingham Hotel and banquet is a great place to stay and for events. Being close to the smallheath railways Station, this is an excellent location to promote sustainablity and vehicle free events. Chai Garden is another great attraction there.”

“I didn't stay here, but my wife lost her wedding ring in the parking lot. When she called, the gentleman at the desk was more than happy to go look for the ring, found it, and gave us a call. He came across it. I couldn't be more grateful.”

“I walked into my room and seen mould on the corners of the wall. I saw a mice run across the room as soon as i opened the door. Someone left their d*ldo in my pillowcase and when I was trying to get to sleep i felt something really hard on my head and it really hurt but then i found out it was a used, smelly, smiley d*ldo. The walls were really thin and i could hear my neighbours cracking next door. I went into the bathroom and found someones poo smeared on the wall saying ''1:32am''. It was also all over the towels and the towels are all yellow now! I have a fear of yellow things and this is discrimination to me. Then i wanted to turn on the tv and a video of fem-boys and furries appeared on the tv and there were some inappropriate actions. Then they left a coffee sachet in a pot but i found out it was c*caine and i had the c*caine and didnt realise. Then i started seeing hallucinations. Then i had a stuttering fit and i tried telling the staff what was wrong but all they heard was ''H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-HELP'' And they look absolutely baffled. One of my hallunications were the staff member stealing the d*ldo out of my pillowcase and using it infront of me. I was quite astonished by this. I have knee surgery tomorrow and this was very convenient and comforting. XX”

“I was at my cousins wedding here on Sunday . Food was great, staffs service was great and most brilliant thing to see was that the hotels management was also on the floor (which we don't get to see in other wedding venues) helping his staff. 320 guests left all happy. Everything was just brilliant. I do definitely Highly recommend the management service even when we need last minute changes they was made at the venue with no hassle at all I will definitely be recommending family and friends to book at this venue.”
